Applications Specialist I or II, Western Region
The Applications Specialist is responsible for applications support for our base of municipal full service odor and corrosion control accounts in Southern California and Southwest region. This person will be an important part of the Customer / Technical Service team within the company and will play a key role in helping the company to achieve our aggressive growth objectives in the municipal odor and corrosion control market throughout the western region. Major responsibilities will include customer service, technical support and optimization of existing programs and support of technology demonstrations and new applications development work (technical survey work, test plan execution, project reporting, sampling and monitoring). Much of the responsibility includes direct customer interface and on-site field work, including working with chemical dosing equipment systems, and is expected to require up to 60 percent travel within the region. The position will be home office based and will report directly to the regional Program Manager, however, will interface closely with other technical managers, regional sales, Customer Service and Equipment and Engineering Services staff.

Program Manager, Western Region
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the demonstration and operation of US Peroxide’s hydrogen peroxide-based environmental programs with primary emphasis on municipal odor and corrosion control. US Peroxide’s customers include large municipal and industrial clients in the United States and Canada. Duties include managing field demonstrations, managing existing accounts per customer playbook and field survey work. Gathering, evaluating and summarizing data to satisfy reporting requirements both internally and to customers at the highest and deepest possible levels of interaction. Develop relationships and interact at higher levels to maintain and develop US Peroxide business objectives. Maintain inventory and quality control of chemical test kits and instrumental testing devices used in the field. Train and supervise temporary and full time Field Application Technicians. Travel as necessary to achieve objectives. Generally 40-60% travel.
