This position will be primarily responsible for technical sales
and business development to support growth of US Peroxide’s oil, gas and
refining (OGR), industrial and municipal wastewater treatment programs in
western United States.
Business development responsibilities include targeting specific
clients within the oil refining, petrochemical, gas/crude produced water,
power generation, mining, municipal wastewater and pulp/paper industries.
Working in tandem with in-house applications, engineering, and
account specific project teams, the successful candidate will be responsible
for up-front prospecting and business development efforts, including
identifying and qualifying targets, positioning programs with potential
customers, proposal generation, and driving the ongoing sales development
activities to deliver significant year over year revenue growth.
Industrial sales focus will be in the areas of OGR specific
treatment, industrial wastewater & process water treatment, air emissions
control, remediation and total chemical management programs.
Municipal sales focus will be to lead and support development of
regional municipal wastewater opportunities. This will require the ability to
learn, sell and position US Peroxide odor and corrosion control technologies,
including the patented PRI-TECH™ process technology suite.

sales pursuit and capture skills complemented by superb technical, strategic
planning, proposal development/management, and presentation abilities
• Strong written/verbal
communications and interpersonal skills. Must be a persuasive influencer in
the development process.
• Must be comfortable and
effective with “hands on” applications development, including lab/field work,
liquid & air sampling, data analysis and interpretation.
• Comfortable with
multi-discipline “Team” selling environment
• Willingness to travel
extensively in western US to pursue the development of new business.
